addressed in Domino 6.0.4 and 6.5.2.

SPR# MIAS5YGGMC - Fixed a Server hang on "SmartUpdateSem".
The problem was caused by users who had installed a 6.0.x client and configured
for SmartUpgrade. In the NSD, a lot of Domino server threads are stuck at
